How do I Become a Customer of J W Leivesley & Company Ltd?

Simply pick up the phone and dial 01704 568424 or send your details through our enquiry form on our website.  We will arrange for a sales call/visit with product & price lists.

How do I order from J W Leivesley & Company Ltd?

Once you are registered with us orders can be placed by calling our office number: 01704 568424.  We also operate a 24 hour answer machine where small orders or additions to your main order can be left, but don't forget to say where you are calling from!!  You can also either fax or email orders too. (E-Mail orders must be in by 2pm the day before).

Where do you deliver to and how often?

We deliver free within our catchment area (20 mile radius from our base) Monday to Friday.  Our vans leave at 7am each morning.  We will always contact you at holiday periods to advise of any changes to normal delivery runs.

When will we be invoiced and how do I pay?

You will receive an invoice with your delivery and a statement at the end of each month;

We accept cash, cheque and payment via BACS.

Where do you source your products?

We source our products direct from the manufacturer/Importer and also through our membership of two buying groups, we also try to source as many products as we can locally 

e.g.;  Cheese/Eggs/Meat Products/Milk etc; 

Price is also very important to our customers, therefore we are committed to buy at a very competitive price so that we can pass the savings on.  It is very important however that spec is not compromised. 

What if I'm not happy?

We operate a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with any product we will be more than happy to offer you an alternative or full refund.  Please keep the product for us to collect for our quality control purposes and to return, if necessary to the manufacturer for their Q.C checks.
